2.0 Engine Swap

I just bought a 2.0 16v engine from a wrecked automatic passat. I'm about to 
put the engine in my 88 Scirocco 16v. I plan on using the 1.8 head from my 
scirocco on the 2.0 engine. My scirocco already has a 4k trans and a 
lightened flywheel. I'm sure its been asked before many times but does 
anyone have any pointers, anything I should know before I do this. Thanks
