The vacuum hose that runs from the bottom of the intake manifold to the
cold start valve, and then to the air box - what's it do? At least as
far as the cold start is concerned. Can I remove it and block the cold
start opening? What are the ramifications?
No, I haven't tried yet, it's raining out :(
