I emailed jbugs and asked them what the 8 peices cover and this is what 
they said:

TMI's carpet kits are not molded as the original carpet kits are. The kits
cover the front left and right floor, rear left and right floor, the front
firewall, the tunnel, the left and right door sills, and the vertical panel
below the rear seat.

So I guess it's really up to how you want it to look.  Where I am going for 
originality
I will probably try 1A for their molded kit.
