[luck-bad-->worse]: arrested saturday looong (but interesting)



in my experiences here in ohio( not that i've ever been in trouble with the 
law before!) the best thing you can do is get your liscense back before you 
go to court. chances are it will be dissmissed if you do. as far as the 
rights reading, it's your word vs. the cops. the cops win this one 95% of 
the time. not to mention it's only a get out of jail free card if you 
admitted to driving w/o a license. in this case i don't think it applies 
because they knew you were under suspension w/o you admitting to it( if you 
even did).
