E-bay Misrepresentation - Neuspeed Or Not?

I came across the following:

I don't think it's a Neuspeed swaybar, what do you 
guys think it is, a painted Autotech bar maybe?

Btw, there was another "Neuspeed" A1 swaybar on e-
bay that's not Neuspeed. A1 Neuspeed bars use 
helical adjustable ball ends.

I have Neuspeed bars on my '79 and my '83 GTI...
