E-bay Misrepresentation - Neuspeed Or Not?

Dunno but from looking at his other auctions he doesnt know a whole lot. Not 
to mention that it obviously isnt a Nospeed bar, nor is it Autoblech 
(Autotech bars dont taper at the ends).
