Stock 16v lower stress bar

the 16v lower stress bar is good to prevent the usuall 8v a-arm pillar
chassi cracks.
easy enough to install, 2 front a-arm bolts. and 2 chassi bolts..

Patrick (whom had to repair is 8v chassi at 900$ cost and 200$ Eurosport Sub
race frame)
