more on Shift linkages



i felt scotts linkage at cincy, and OMG that thing is awesome! you can literally feel the syncro
teeth meshing! on top of that it didnt 'give' when pushed hard (the give that our plastic shifter
parts do). it felt better than any a1 rod or even any cable shifter i've ever tried. its about as
close as you can get to having your hand directly on the tranny shift arms.
...now to figure out how to eliminate the tranny shift slop.
