Master cylinder question

Yours died too? That's nuts. Mine started going bad Friday night, then
went real bad about 1km from the show. So I wasted $15 on an autocross,
but got to park real close. I figure the new disc conversion in the
back made the master start going deeper and catching a ridge.

Anyway, I'm in the process of tracking down the stuff I need to upgrade
to a 22mm master. Things I have:

Passat 22mm master/booster/pedals (I pretty sure the pedals won't work)
86 Golf 8V 20mm master/booster/pedals
American Rabbit booster/pedals

If I get desperate, my friend has the Scirocco 16V pedals and booster,
but I'd like to avoid spending money at the moment. Waterfest tapped me
out and I didn't even buy anything.

Ben

Subject: Master cylinder question

Well, the time has come for my MC to be replaced. Any suggestions? One
person
suggested going to a G-61, but the numbers don't have a lot of meaning
for me
I'm afraid. Is there any opinion on this? I don't usually miss a chance
to
upgrade, but if stock is the way to go, that's good too. It will likley
be a
"put this on and never mess with it forever" sort of deal, so I may as
well do
it right.

LMK what you think, but it's gotta go soon, I may get the replacement
tomorrow.

Cathy, anticipating your input.
