[tech] 2.0l 8V swap - refresher

Just use the Audi distributor as is.  Nothing to change.  The stock wiring
harness will plug right in, too.  That's the easiest way if you want to get it
running and deal with wiring in the knock sensor later. 1000+ miles so far, and
I finally got a knock sensor last week.

The KS wiring is what I dread most!  You'll need the full throttle switch and
the throttle closed switch.
