Hi Ron,

can you do me a favor? measure the free length of the front and rear
springs (or if they are the same, that is good to know too..)

i have a used coilover kit on the way with bad springs, so i need to get
some more, this was an off brand kit so i dont even know if they had teh
right length to start with.

I think its 8 inches ft & rear, but am not sure.

Also, the bilstein HD's should be fine. On an a1, HD's and sports have
the same piston length but the sports have incresed valving.

On a2 plus, the sports and HD's have the same valving but the sports have
a shorter shaft.

Kinda ticks me off they charge so much more for the a1 sport versions, all
they did was change a couple of orfice sizes from the HD's it'd probably
be cheaper for you to get your HD's revalved to sport specs than buy a new
set.

take care,

Steve
