INssurance used by rocco owners?? RE: Rocky's down but notout

I had Kemper Ins on a new car and it included "Kemper Total".  If your car 
could not be repaired they would replace it with a new car, a current 
equivalent of your old car.  Thus, they would spend much more money to 
repair your car even though the repair cost was over the current fair 
market value of your car (ie., your car was " totalled".  Don't know if you 
can get it on other than a new car.
