Battery

Red top.  I didn't think the Optimas were designed to fit any specific=20
cars.  The posts are reversed and I had to flatten the battery clamp to get=
=20
it to grab right.  It was a good excuse to run a new 2 gauge ground=20
wire.  The positive cable will be plenty long.  My new ground cable is 3'=20
long and runs to the top of the tranny (old self-adjusting cable brace=20
location).  I then ran a 4 gauge braided cable back to the frame.  My=20
starter now cranks at about twice the RPM.
