Ok - I'm poised to take my 9A to the machine shop to have it "balanced" =
- even though it only has 20k miles on it, it's been sitting for over a =
year and I just want to be safe. But when I sat back and thought about =
it, I don't know what balancing COMPLETELY entails...I know it involves =
balancing the rotating assemblies to verify they're within =
manufacturer's tolerances, but what else?
Does the machinist take it apart completely and re-assemble? Will they =
sandblast and clean the coolant channels?
The machinist quoted me $200 - what should I expect for that?
