tranny fliud q's

I'm getting ready to replace my motor mounts and while I'm at it, I'd
like to change the tranny fluid as well.  I'd like to switch to the
Redline oil but there are 2 types and I'm not sure what to use.  On a
stock 88' 16v to I want to use the MT90 or the MTL oil?  Or is there
something else I should use rather than that?
