DOH! speeding ticket, question about radar detection



I assume the radar gun is mounted in the Police officers car and is tied in
to his speedometer.  It probably displays two speeds when moving: his speed
minus your speed (when traveling in opposite directions) and his speed plus
your speed (when traveling in the same direction).  These are just
assumptions based on my physics knowledge and might or might not be how it
is actually setup but this is a possible way.

Hell, I got a ticket over ten years ago in exactly this senario. It's
not new technology. Mobile radar can get you coming or going.
Tell me that some ricer didn't just provoke you into your excess
speed???
