Any suggestion is welcome !!!!



Sounds normal for a carb!!  It's not going to run like F.I. ya know!  Before
you start it, you should be able to hit the pedal ONCE (this should set the
throttle linkage so it is at a higher idle), and crank it over.  As the
motor warms/and the choke spring warms it should open the choke plate and
cause the throttle linkages to drop down to normal idle.  This is if
everything is working right and the choke is operating correctly.

At the same time, it sounds like what it is doing is totally normal for a
cold carbureted engine.  HTH!
