Temps still getting too high

Keep in mind (again) early models DON'T HAVE AN EXTERNAL EXPANSION TANK.

This includes the lack of the coolant returning back through the Exp
tank at all times the motor is running.

Since I run an 81, for a long time I thought it was an A2 (Jetta/Golf)
only type setup.
