Seat Latch Fix

Hi all,

	The latch that releases my front seat (so it tilts forward and you have
access to the backseat) is broken.  I checked it out and it's not releasing
on the right hand side (by the handbrake).  It appears that the wire that
pulls the latch is disconnected up inside the seat.  There's nothing in the
Bentley.  Has anyone dealt with this?  Is there a way to fix this with limit
destruction to the seat cover and it's seams?  Any help would be
appreciated.
