Well,

I used 7" front and for a 1" drop i am at about 1" from the bottom of my
adjustment range. I used 8" rear, and would say that 8 or 7 fits there,
your choice. 8" is probably better, but then springs arent swappable
ft/rear, so your call there...

Now, with the longer sleeves you'd have more range, but then you might run
into interference between the coilovers & tires. (i am currently running
225/50/14 and they fit, but if the perch were any lower than stock it
wouldn't)

I'd say for most tire clearance up front you want whatever length of
spring/sleeve that goes no lower than the stock botom of the perch, really
the tire rubs a tad on the weld bead where the stock perch welds on, if i
cut off the rest of the stock perch and weld on some of those coilover
support things, i'd move it about 1/4 to 1/2 higher! that would give me my
1" drop and i'd still have another 1/2 drop available, and no longer would
the weld bead or perch interfere with tires.

take care,

Steve
