idle drops too fast

hey everyone.

hope everyone is getting ready for spring, i'm trying to
get my car back together, so i can do a break in.

after getting it running last week, i was taking it
around the block a couple of times, to see how everything
is working. everything is cherry except i've only noticed
one hiccup. if i press in the clutch while rolling to a light,
for example, and the engine rpm's are low (2k'ish range),
it'll drop fast and stall. i didn't notice it ever happening
at higher RPM's (3 to 3500 rpm's).

the fuel is dialed in last time i checked and the timing
is dead on. everything i can think of is new (except the
injectors, which i checked. seemed to be working fine)

anyone have any insight on where else i could check?
it's a motronic f/i system, BTW.

		i'm waiting to get these adapters for the 1551 (vw cpu),
so i can plug my car in to see what's going on exactly. (friends at
the dealer can bring it home, SCORE!!) would kind of like to get this
fixed in the mean time, it's a pain in the ass. :)
