RE: best motor mount configuration?

I've been trying to figure out just how to "adjust" the mounts. Seems to me
the only mount you can "adjust" is the front..... Can anyone enlighten me?
(and, yes, I've searched the Bentley)

I'm wondering how much proper adjustment of the engine/mounts figures
into this equation...if the engine/tranny assy. is not sitting happily
to begin with, vibes will be transmitted regardless, no?

Any "I adjusted my mounts and it's as smooth as a Lincoln" stories?
