I can second this with some first-hand experience.

Take a look at the dash on any 1993 Camry. It will be perfect. Toyota
dashes generally don't crack.

My Mom has a '93 Camry that has spent its life with her in Sunny South
Florida and now Aruba. Both places have very intense sunlight. When the
car left for Aruba (1996), the dash was perfect.

Within a year, the dash was *destroyed*. I mean completely dried out,
discolored, and cracked -- like a windshield does -- thousands of spider
cracks. In short, it looks as if there was a fire on the dashboard?

The reason why? She owns a car rental business, and every day someone
washes the Camry. Against my advice, every day, they used Armor-All to
treat the dash. (It's very dusty in Aruba, so yes, it does need to be
cleaned very often). Within a few months, the dash started to discolor and
crack.

If you want to use Armor All, go ahead. (I do.) Just use it judiciously!
