SOunds like the high pressure ac switch is stuck (operates at 210 psi). This
switch is located on the passenger side front the cap color is green (there
are two switch on the hard line that drops into the receiver dryer, the
second one) you wil know if you disconnect the wrong on because if you do
the ac compressor will disengage, with the ac on disconnect ther wire and
the fan speed should immediately go to low speed. Do this when the car has
sat all night and the engine is cool, if when you turn on the ac and it
kicks on high the switch is bad>
