Gabriel,
fan shouldnt run high ALL the time with the a/c on. its only supposed to
when a/c system pressure reaches a specific point (fan on, but on low all
other time). Also, if your pressure is keeping the fa high all the time, it
could also be over-cooling your interior, therefore overheating the
condenser. Since that is right in front of the radiator, that high speed fan
is sucking already hot air through the radiator.
