Randy was correct--it's the Eurosport bar that's off.

The spec sheet that came with the bar says the distance from the centers of
the control arm bolts should be 26 7/8". That's pretty much what I measured
on my car. The centers between the mounting holes on the Eurosport bar
measure 26 9/16". Argh. It would've been nice to make that discovery
*before* I had taken everything apart.

I was going to just grind the mounting holes in the bar to make it fit, but
the rear mounting points are also off. By the time I would've ground out
enough material for them to line up, there wouldn't be enough material left
to really hold anything. <sigh> That's too much work for something that
just won't be right when I'm done. Looks like I'll take Eric's advice and
look into the Autotech 4-point bar.

Does anybody want an unused, out-of-spec Eurosport lower stress bar for
cheap? :)

Thanks to everyone who responded.
