julie's car... AGAIN...

There is no leak I can find.
I am going to swap out the dist for a points type dist with minimal vac 
systems. I am also changing the plugs.
The guys at the parts place said that the cat might be blocked or that the 
fuel pump might be on the way out....

Any comments, ideas?
