ARGH! need serious help with wheel studs

I am putting aftermarket wheels on my car.  The OEM wheel bolts dont fit 
inside the place where the bolts go in.  I can't find studs ANYWHERE!  I 
already paid $40 for a set of lugs that fit inside the wheels but I cant 
find studs anywhere!  I tried NAPA, kragen, misc wheel and tire places, and 
gpr.
