Need help choosing suspension

List,
     These are the driving conditions that I will need to accomodate:

- it is my daily driver and my only car

-I like to drive somewhat aggressively when I find the time to

- The roads by me (College Park, MD) are horrible. Lots of potholes and big 
ass bumps

-I want to lower my car slightly

I'm most likely going with an H&R / Bilstein setup. However, I'm not sure 
which settings I should buy. Would OEM Sports and HDs be the right way to 
go? TIA
