16v front mount alignment:

welp, i'm currently in the process of doing the dreaded pass. side 16v
motoor mount.  it's definatly turning out to be more of a PITA than i
thought.  well, i've gotten it almost done, and i've got a question.  How
should hte front mount be aligned?  should the rubber be in the middle of
the cup, or towards the top, or bottom, or what?
