The KS ignition system is stand alone. While some wires (from the throttle
switches, for example) go to both ECU's there is no communication between
the two systems.
But I'm curious, what'cha got in the 77 that calls for a KS system.
Obviously high compression, but, details, details. (I apologize if you've
already covered this)
