its not a matter of outers and inners, its the fact that the outers may be
in high mode when you want to be in low mode. euros have an extreme cutoff,
nearly no light above the cutoff line (in low mode). there should be a
distinct horizontal line to the left of center (light pattern), and it
should angle up at about 15 degrees as it goes to the right of center. if
you park alongside a wall you should see that distinct line along the wall.
if you have to adjust them all the way down thats cause the outers are in
high mode. once you get lows on instead of highs, park head-on to a wall,
but back up about 5 car lengths. the 'horizon' made by the lights should be
at sidewalk level where it hits the wall. this is much easier of you do one
light at a time.
