The Upstate NY contingent arrives....

So Brett, me, Josh Able, Paully, and Jason Arms just got home.

We got to Brett's in about 7 1/2 - 8 hrs....but Jason started having 
problems with his car....sounded like a bad transfer pump. So we 
swapped one in out of Brett's old '85 winter beater, but that hasn't 
seemed to fix it.

But it's tired, and I'm very late, so that's an isue for the morning.

Daun - FABULOUS job once again.  It's like Waterfest, without the 
bother of the show.  Big thanks to your family too for putting up 
with our insanity.  And GREAT job on the rally course.

It was also VERY cool to meet some of you for the first time, put 
faces to e-mail addresses, and to those of you who we only see once 
or twice a year -- I miss you guys already.  *sob*

Now it's off to bed in my OWN bed, without threat of Jason TMB 
cutting loose with the most vile, foul, and noxious gaseous fumes and 
killing about 15 members of scirocco.org or VWoT.  (No, we only have 
PAULLY to worry about doing that.  But he's sleeping in the garage.)

Pictures of both ND and Cincy will be forthcoming once we get 'em 
organized.  I guess if you have digital pix to donate, e-mail either 
myself or Brett off-list and we can arrange a transfer.
