Eh I did not have a cat when I got to texas from Toronto in 1997, I just got
AAA mufflers on beltline(dallas) to install a test pipe setup and bought a
cat, install it when doing test, take it off rest of year. most lpaces will
do this if you explain you want the cat for the road and need the test pipe
for the auto-x races... worked for me :)
