I replaced 16v's downpipe with the TT racing downpipe
as per Peter's advice. No cat on this car. It wouldn't
pass the visual inspection unless the inspector makes
the unlikely mistake of thinking that the resonator
was the cat. Anyway, I did this since inspections are
history in Minnesota. I've heard stories of Sciroccos
passing emissions tests w/o cats.
