Re: Poly Strut Bearings

I was talking to Ron from Denon Performance, the Ron of the
old Ron's parts Inc before it became RPI Equipped, yada
yada yada,... Any way he knows vw's and he told me urethane
bushings on the front strut bearings wasn't a good idea, as
they will deform the shock towers cause they are too harsh.
I value his opinion, So I've got urethane on every
suspension point excect upper struts and the bushing in the
bottom of the rear shocks.

If you still want the knock all your fillings loose
suspension then I would suggest camber plates for the
front.

p.s. anyone know if those rubber bushings in the bottom of
the rear shocks can be replaced with urethane ones...
