Re: 16v overheating problems?



Jason,
clogged radiator, hot water not reaching fan switch to turn on fan, also getting lower than expected
flow from pump due to restriction. also, be sure idle is at least 950 rpm. bumping idle up to
1050/1100 may help.
i wrote a huge article a while back on the whole coolant thing, search back about a month ago for an
article by me with 'cool' in the subject line.
