Low temp thermo Switch. Overheating ! What are the prices

 I'm overheating!!!!!!!

    My 16v has been getting hot when  I get in traffic areas. 120C !  Is a
low temp thermostat Switch what I need? I just removed the AC condenser and
that was no help

Any ideas?
