Re: [tech] Transfer Pump

Guys

There is a transfer pump in my 84. It has two fuel line hoses running from
that cap. More importantly, it has a three prong connection (one for the
transfer pump, one for the ground and the other for the fuel gauge). I
managed to get that cap off and install a new transfer pump. I tested the
old one by hooking it up to a battery and it didn't work. The new one does
work but the car doesn't start.

Sal
