RE: i try to get out but you keep pulling me in....

Jonas,
It's amazing how much light a little knowledge can shed on a situation. I
personally had no idea about your medical conditions, and I still don't know
much about you. But now I know more than just "Jonas is a guy with a typing
problem", and that means a lot. I thank you for taking the time to help us
all know a little more about you. I hope everyone's respect for you grows as
a result. Seriously. While I don't think it's necessary to tell us as much
as you just did, I'd bet that 99% of this flame-war crap would have never
happened if everyone knew just a little more about you than your name. The
thing that sucks about email is that all we see is text...nobody knows
anything else about you unless you tell us. It becomes too easy to assume
things about people when you can't see their face. It becomes even easier to
become a complete asshole when they can't see yours.

BTW, I was specifically talking to TBerk in the last message because I
didn't want to "pull you in". You were never obligated to respond. I CC'd
the list instead of sending it only to TBerk was because I didn't want to
have the conversation behind your back. OTOH, I'm glad you did respond.
No...the serial number and blood type are quite unnecessary. ;)
