Actually, NOS is very safe and reliable these days. Not quite as
unpredictable as it was 10 years ago. it just depends on the user and the
system used. Most modern NOS systems are build pretty safe.

That guy was a pub who got what he deserved. Then he had the balls to sue
the company. PUD.
