Air in the coolant lines. Car gets hot, air pockets shrink, reservoir gets
low to compensate, sensor trips.
Try filling at the upper radiator line (at the radiator). Force water into
hose with a water hose to power flush the air out via the radiator upper
opening/reservoir cap (take it off). Then fill the reservoir all the way
(yes, all the way). Start car, let idle for 30 mins or so (cap relief may
lift, this is ok). Let cool down, check level.
