Re: porting head? how beneficial?



Wing - you're in seattle aren't you? We have lots of those turbo audi 5000s 
up here.

i'm not sure if turbo porting is any differant.. maybe they don't grind as
much off?

can't find any turbo audi 5k's here... i have a g60 motor.. so from what
i've heard it's a bolt on. not sure though.. that's why i want to try them
out, while my motor is apart.

What i've heard is turbo porting is different than normally aspirated
porting, is that true?

A junkyard... If you are going to put them in a 1.8 block w a 1.7 crank,
you'll need the rods from the audi as well, or so i've been told.
