  make sure the mirror is plugged in. on the back of the mirror is two
pieces of aluminum that are connected in the middle (reason they heat
from the inside out). on each of those aluminum pieces is a tab that a
wire plugs into (to complete the circuit and cause heat). most of the
time they break off when the glass is removed unless you are VERY
careful. chances are if the glass was replaced, they either broke the
connectors or didn't hook it back up. good luck.
