Re: Failing suspension, Scirocco hurting

I don't really care what anyone else says but for me Bilsteins with the red
spax springs have worked great. I have poly everything and front and rear
sways, upper and lower stress bars and rear upper bar. When I hit a little
wave in the road I actually feel some suspension travel and the only time
the CD skips is when I hit something (like a crack) at about 1/2" or more at
high speeds. I can hit the steel plates in the road at 20ish without any
problems and still take the 25mph curves at 60+. Keep in mind this is on a
Rabbit (77) but came off of a 16v Scirocco. HTH!!

Dave

P.S. You CAN still get Spax suspension, rather big seller in GB.
