I always thought that the easiest way to chirp one's tires was to do the
following:
1)Rev motor to near redline (On newer cars to avoid bouncing rev limiter)
2)Slide foot off of clutch so that it snaps up
3)Roll windows up to avoid smell of burning clutch/rubber
4)Do continuously until something breaks (Good excuse to buy a quaife!)
