Not sure if they sell it new or used... I would imagine they sell the parts
new, considering how much they want for them :P

Is it worth it?  If you have a built motor, ie a 2L with cams and some
intake/exhaust mods, then I would say yes.  Definitely yes!

I should think so.  Nothing too amazing, but the nice thing is that once you
add some more aggressive cams or port the head, you'll have the fuel to go
with it.  I wouldn't be too concerned with spending the $500US or whatever
unless you do plan on adding those things, however.  A TT fuel enrichment
box will probably do just as well with your bolt-ons.
