OK I am assuming you are talking about Fronkenstien.
If you are bypassing the fuel pup relay then just
connect a jumper wire fron the 30 terminal to the 87
terminal. Fuse is good. Without a fuse then the jumper
will not work.

I would assume that would depend on what type of fuel
management system you are placing into the 81. You at
minimum need the wiring diagram from the donar and the
doanee. What car did the 16v come from?
