RE: Fuel Pump Wiring...




This wiring is all messed up. I found wires that are color coded correctly,
but have a tag on it stating that they are for the rear lights!

The relay does not have a fuse on the top, but is #5 in the block. Though
the key turns over the engine and the socket for the relay shows that the
energising voltage is arriving, it does not key the $50.00 relay (still in
shock of the cost). I seem to have lost the ground at pin 2. The relay works
if I test it at the battery.

I am going to try to trace the wires from the fuel pump to where it comes in
to the car. I will then just jumper the wires to a +v source to see if the
fuel pump works at all.

** After thought** (Maybe I should have named the car AFTER I got it to
run...Hummmmm)
