A little clear plug-in-a-plug...it fits into the green
plug.  Don't put your oil in there  ;)  It does cover
the clutch assy and is supposed to be a port for
viewing the timing mark on the flywheel.

I made me a (one-only) brass one with a hex on top. 
At least I can get the sucker off!  Would be a cool
custom part to make and sell but who has the time!
